1. Who we are

RealOS is operated by [RealOS legal entity name], [registered address], Zimbabwe ("RealOS", "we"). RealOS runs the marketplace on this site and the websites, portals and mobile app that estate agencies on RealOS use.

Each agency is responsible for its own listings, viewings, leases and the advice it gives you. RealOS provides the platform.

2. Your account

You sign in with your email or a code sent to your WhatsApp. Keep access to them secure. Tell us or your agency at once if you think someone else used your account.

You must be 18 or older to create an account.

3. Listings and information

Agencies publish listings, prices and availability. We show them as the agency provides them and cannot promise that every detail is correct or still available. Check with the agency before you rely on a listing.

A listing marked "Price on application" has a price the agency gives on request.

4. News and property updates

When you accept these terms you agree that the agency you sign up with, and RealOS, may send you news, new listings that match your searches and property updates by email, WhatsApp and app notification.

You can stop these at any time: tap "Unsubscribe" in any email, reply STOP on WhatsApp, or turn them off in your account. Messages about your own viewings, offers, rent and repairs are part of the service and continue while you use it.

5. Your personal information

We and the agency use your name, contact details, saved homes, searches and the documents you upload to provide the service. We keep identity and finance documents private and share them only with the agency handling your purchase or tenancy.

We process personal information under Zimbabwe's Cyber and Data Protection Act. You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information by writing to [privacy contact email].

Photos you upload for repairs and inspections have their location data removed.

6. Payments

Rent and deposit payments made through the app are processed by Paynow. The agency confirms each payment and issues the receipt.

7. Acceptable use

Do not post false information, copy listings in bulk, try to access other people's accounts or interfere with the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you we will tell you by email or in the app, and ask you to accept the new version before you continue.
